Our portraits are premium kiln-fired porcelain tiles. Each plaque is approximately 3/32” thick, made from high-grade porcelain that is fired at extreme temperatures so the image becomes permanently bonded to the surface. The result is a portrait that is completely fadeproof, weatherproof, and built to last the lifetime of the memorial.

No. We guarantee our portraits not to fade or deteriorate for the lifetime of the memorial. They are manufactured to withstand rain, snow, intense sun, and freezing temperatures. If for any reason a portrait fades, we will replace it at no cost (shipping & handling may apply for verification).

Please send us a clear, original photograph or a high-resolution digital image (ideally 300 DPI or higher). Sharp, well-lit photos with good contrast produce the best results. Avoid printed photocopies, heavily cropped images, or photos with heavy filters. If you are unsure about your photo, you can upload it and we will review it before production.

Send it anyway — we restore photos as part of every order at no extra cost. Our team can repair tears, creases, fading, scratches, and color shifts on most images. If the photo is too far gone to restore safely, we will tell you before charging you and help you find an alternative.

Our order page lets you upload your photo directly during checkout. If you prefer to mail a physical photograph or cannot upload digitally, simply place your order and reply to your confirmation email with instructions. You can also reach us through our Contact page and we will coordinate the best way to receive your image.

Production typically takes 3–5 business days after you approve your digital proof. Shipping time depends on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment. Rush production is available for urgent orders—see our Shipping page or contact us for details.

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all portrait orders within the United States. Your portrait is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Tracking information is provided as soon as your order ships.

Every portrait ships with industrial 3M VHB mounting tape already applied to the back. Just clean the stone, peel the red liner, and press the portrait firmly in place for 30 seconds — no drilling or epoxy required. Installation is easiest when temperatures are above 60°F. Monument companies typically install a little differently: they will rout a recess in the stone so the porcelain sits flush. Either method works beautifully. We offer oval, rectangle, and heart-shaped plaques in a range of standard sizes from 3×4 inches up to 8×10 inches. You can preview all shapes and sizes on our Portraits and Pricing pages. If you need a custom size, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Yes. We offer optional bronze, silver, and other metal frames that complement the plaque and protect the edges. You can select a frame while configuring your portrait on the order page. Framed portraits have a classic, refined look that many families prefer.

Yes. After you upload your photo and complete your order, we will email you a digital proof showing how the portrait will look. Production begins only after you approve the proof. This ensures you are completely satisfied with the layout, cropping, and appearance before we fire the image.

Absolutely. We specialize in wholesale and bulk orders for monument companies, cemeteries, and funeral homes. Business accounts receive trade pricing, priority production, bulk upload tools, and dedicated support. You can open a business account through our Monument Companies page.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is a defect in materials or workmanship, or if the portrait does not match the approved proof, we will remake it or provide a full refund. Because each portrait is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, but we will work with you to resolve any concern.

We currently ship throughout the United States and Canada. For other international destinations, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm shipping options, customs requirements, and delivery times for your location.

Porcelain memorial portraits are very low-maintenance. Gently wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or pressure washing directly on the plaque, as these can scratch the protective surface.
