What to expect
Every order follows the same careful path. We will never start production until you have approved your digital proof.
Day 0 — You order
Place your order and upload your photo. We confirm by email within hours.
Day 1–2 — Digital proof
We send you a digital proof to review. Production only begins once you approve it.
Day 3–7 — Production
Once your porcelain tile proof is approved, we print and kiln-fire it within 3–5 business days.
Day 8–14 — In transit
Carefully packaged and shipped via tracked USPS or UPS. Most U.S. addresses arrive within 5–7 business days.
Where we ship
We are an online-only studio and ship nationwide from California. Transit times start the day your order leaves our facility.

Rush orders
Need it for a service, unveiling, or anniversary? Contact us before ordering and we will do everything we can to prioritize production and ship via expedited carrier. Rush availability depends on current queue.
Holidays & weather
Carriers do not deliver on Sundays or federal holidays. During peak seasons (late spring, Mother's & Father's Day, holidays) transit can run 1–2 days longer. Severe weather may also delay delivery.
